- Special internet rates are only valid for bookings made through padmaresortlegian.com
- Rates are in Indonesian Rupiah and billing will be processed in Indonesian Rupiah.
- Room rates are inclusive of taxes and service charge, unless otherwise specified.
- The prices indicated are per room, for the number of people and the date(s) selected, unless otherwise specified.
- Additional services (additional person, airport transfer, babysitting facilities, etc.) are optional, unless specifically selected as part of the booking.
- Room rates are inclusive of breakfast for 2 persons, unless otherwise specified.

- Please note that group rate is indicated for a reservation of a minimum of 15 rooms per period.
- Rates may change without prior notice.
- An extra bed charge will apply for an extra person in a room, above the number specified in the room description. Please note that a maximum of one extra bed is allowed in each room, unless otherwise specified.

- All reservation inquiries will be replied to within 2 working days.
- Reservations can be changed with prior notice, subject to room availability.
- A refundable deposit to the value of 1 night’s stay will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.
- The credit card used to reserve rooms must be valid for the entire stay and must be presented upon check-in. Please note, if you are booking on behalf of someone else, Padma Resort Ubud will contact you directly and arrange third-party billing.
- We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, JCB & Diners Club.
- Payment can also made using bank transfer to Padma Resort Ubud. A copy of proof of payment will be required and can be emailed to [email protected] or faxed to our office at +62 361 3011 188.
- In the unlikely event that an overbooking occurs, or for any other unforeseen circumstance the hotel is unable to hold rooms consistent with our terms and conditions, the hotel will attempt to accommodate guests, at our expense, at a comparable hotel in the area and will pay for transportation to that hotel.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time is from 3PM local time.
- Check-out is by 12PM noon local time.
- Early check-in depends on room availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Late check-out depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Late check-out up to 6PM local time is charged at 50% of the room rate, check-out after 6PM is charged as a 1-night stay.
Cancellation, No Show and Early Departure
- Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will incur a charge for the first night’s room rate. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
- Guests who do not arrive on the booking date (no show) will be charged the first night’s room rate. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- Guests who check out earlier than the reserved check-out date will incur an early check-out charge equal to one night's stay. However, an early check-out charge will not be incurred if the early check-out is requested at Reception during check-in.
- Refunds normally take approximately 14 working days. If your payment or deposit was charged to a credit card, the refund will be made to that credit card.
- We classify children as aged from 6 to 12 years old.
- A maximum number of one child may share the parent’s room, unless otherwise specified.
- Baby cots are available at no cost. Please notify our reservation department in advance if one is required.
- A babysitting service is available at an additional cost. Please notify our reservation department in advance if this is required.
- Some hotel facilities are free of charge and some are chargeable. Please check with us to avoid any misunderstanding.
